Crazy Train Terms of Service

1. Services Provided

Crazy Train Cleaning and Maintenance (hereafter "The Company") provides professional residential and commercial cleaning and general maintenance services.

Cleaning Services: Includes standard, deep, and move-out cleaning.

Maintenance Services: Limited to non-structural repairs, such as minor plumbing (clogged drains, faucet replacement) and drywall patching/texture etc...

Exclusions: We do not perform structural engineering, major electrical overhauls, or any task requiring a specialized master tradesman license unless otherwise specified in a separate work order.

2. Access and Safety

Property Access: Clients must provide a key, code, or be present to allow entry at the scheduled time.

Safety: To ensure the safety of our "Train Crew," we reserve the right to decline tasks involving biohazards, extreme hoarding conditions, or unstable structural environments.

Climate Control: For the health of our team, properties must be maintained at a reasonable temperature during service.

3. Payments and Fees

Estimates: All quotes are estimates based on the initial walkthrough. Final pricing may adjust based on the actual condition of the property.

Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of the service unless prior invoicing arrangements have been made.

Cancellations: We require 24-hour notice for cancellations. Failure to provide notice may result in a "Cancellation Fee" to cover scheduled labor costs.

4. Liability and Damages

Specialty Surfaces: Clients must notify The Company of any delicate or specialty surfaces (e.g., unsealed marble, antique wood, specific fabrics) that require non-standard cleaning agents. The Company is not liable for damage to undisclosed sensitive materials when standard professional cleaners are used.

Existing Damage: We are not responsible for pre-existing wear and tear, loose fixtures, or items that were not properly secured prior to our arrival.

Insurance: The Company is fully insured and bonded. Any claims for damage must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of service completion.

5. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a disagreement regarding service quality or contract terms:

Internal Review: The client shall first bring the concern to Jimmie Faye Mowery (Operations Lead) for internal review and mediation.

Resolution: We strive to resolve all "hiccups" on the tracks within 48 business hours.

Legal: Any disputes that cannot be settled internally will be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.

6. Governance

Crazy Train Cleaning and Maintenance is a Multi-Member LLC owned and operated by three equal partners. All service agreements are legally binding contracts between the Client and the LLC entity.
